Preparing for a Will-Call Order

 

  • Orders must be placed 24 hours prior to pick-up. No exceptions.
  • We require a government-issued identification to pick up any and all orders.
  • If someone other than the person listed on the order is picking the order up, they will need a government-issued identification and the order number.
  • Will-Call orders are subject to location-based inventory; to ensure inventory is available at the Will-Call location you prefer, please contact us directly.
  • Plan to inspect the product before signing for your order; Toolots will not be responsible for damages or incorrect products after an order has been signed and released to the customer.
  • We highly recommend paying for your order ahead of time.

 

COVID-19 Precautions

 

Customers MUST:

 

  • Wear a mask or some kind of face covering.
  • Practice social distancing by maintaining at least 6-feet separation.
  • Avoid paying with cash or check, if possible.
  • If you are sick, or have COVID-like symptoms, please arrange for shipment of your order, or arrange a trusted individual to retrieve your order on your behalf, if possible.

 

Additional Notes:

 

  • We do not accept third-party carrier pickups. Will-Call orders cannot be picked up by a logistics carrier.
