Will-Call Policy

Toolots offers a will-call service (“Will-Call”) that allows local customers the opportunity to pick up their order at our California-based warehouses.

Will-Call is only available in Cerritos, CA and Moreno Valley, CA. The location for picking up the order depends on our inventory and the customer will be notified via e-mail once their order is ready for pickup.

When you place your order, simply select Will-Call as shipping method. In addition to an order confirmation Email, a separate “Ready for Pick Up” confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. The pickup address and hours will be included in the “Ready for Pick Up” confirmation e-mail. Please DO NOT travel to one of our warehouses before you receive the “Ready for Pick Up” email.

When you come to pick up a Will-Call order, please be advised as follows:

  • Please bring your order confirmation Email or “Ready for Pick Up” Email.
  • We require a government-issued identification to pick up all orders.
  • If someone other than the person listed on the order is picking the order up, please inform us in writing in advance. If a third-party carrier is designated by the customer to pickup the order, please clearly indicate the order number and customer name on the bill of lading (BOL) and specify that the customer has paid for the shipment. The third-party carrier is required to bring three (3) copies of the BOL to sign for pickup. Please be aware that Toolots will not be responsible for any shipping cost incurred by the customer regarding their shipping arrangements nor any damage caused during transportation.
  • Plan to visually inspect the product for damage before signing for your order. If the product is damaged, please ask for an exchange right away. Toolots cannot open crates or packages for the customer.
  • If the product is Out-Of-Stock, please do not accept or sign for the order and call us at 844- TOOLOTS (844-866-5687) to cancel the order and we will provide a full refund. However, if the product is not damaged but you do not accept the order, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
  • Toolots will not be responsible for damages or incorrect products after an order has been signed and released to the customer or any third-party carriers or individuals that the customer designated for pickup.

COVID-19 Precautions
Customers MUST:
  • Wear a mask or some kind of face covering.
  • Practice social distancing by maintaining at least 6-feet separation.
  • Avoid paying with cash or check, if possible.
  • If you are sick, or have COVID-like symptoms, please arrange for shipment of your order, or arrange a trusted individual to retrieve your order on your behalf, if possible.
