Precision filte & Automatic Drain Valve

① Class C Precision filte — Primary pre-filter function: remove solid particles with a diameter of more than 5um.

② Class T Precision filte — degreasing filter function: remove solid and liquid particles with a diameter of more than 1um.

③ Class A Precision filte — high-precision filter function: remove solid and liquid particles with a diameter of more than 0.1um, so that the amount of residual gas at the outlet does not exceed 0.01mg / m3
