Pressureswing adsorption technology is applied on the N2 generator. We utilise the air as raw material, and adopt the highquality adsorbent for N2 generator. Under certain pressure, the adsorptionability of the adsorbent to adsorb O2 is much higher than that of N2. The pneumatic valves arecontrolled by PLC, to control the working mode of the
two adsorption tanks: adsorption startswhile pressure increasing, regeneration starts while pressure decreasing. In this case,the O2 and N2 are separated from the compressed air, the required puried N2 is obtained.

General configuration of nitrogen generating system
The front end of the nitrogen generator needs to provide clean compressed air as the air source.Therefore, the front end of the nitrogen generator also needs to be equipped with air compressor, cold dryer, filter and other air purification equipment.
