The cooling plate in intended to keep food cool and fresh in a stylish display. The unit is HAND WASH only.
Simply freeze this cooling plate the night before an event for more than 6 hours, and then use it to display a variety of menu items on your buffet line or table without using electricity. Cooling plates will remain cold for 3-4 hours depending upon the ambient room temperature.
Great for catered events, buffet lines, and parties, this cooling plate makes it easy to serve cheese, cold meats, sushi, smoked fish and more at a safe cold food temperature.
