DZQ-800LO vacuum packing machine is one of the most excellent external pumping vacuum packer. It is specially designed for big package.

User only needs to align the bag mouth at the sealing unit, and insert the nozzle into the bag mouth. Then step on the pedal, the heating/sealing unit will close. Step on the pedal again and the machine will start the packing cycle.

2. Long nozzle. The length of the nozzle is 0 - 200 mm (0 - 8") adjustable, only need 3 - 8 seconds to remove all the air out of the package. The nozzle can also fill the bag with nitrogen or other inert gas.

3. Special sealing unit. Al-Mg alloy support. Silicon sealing unit which is high temperature resistant, and extra 1 strip at each side of the sealing unit. Thus to ensure nice seal on bags.

4. Adjust machine head. The angle of machine head is 0 - 90° adjustable and very easy to adjust.

5. Adjustable packaging height. Suitable to different bag size. The height of the machine head is adjustable from 690mm (27-3/16") to 1490mm (58-5/8"), by pressing up or down button.

6. Emergency stop, safety guarantee. Once press emergency stop, the machine will stop immediately, then heat/seal unit will open.

7. AirTAC Dust Filter. It can avoid themoisture/dust/dirt come into vacuum pump and improve the service life of vacuumpump
