DZQ-450OT external vacuum packing machine is one of the most excellent outside pumping vacuum packers. It is designed for hotel / store / supermarket use.

User only need to align the bag mouth onto sealing unit, and insert nozzle into bag mouth, then press pedal by foot, the heating/seal unit close, press the pedal again, the machine will start packing cycles. 

As DZQ-450OT external vacuum packing machine has no vacuum chamber, so the machine has higher vacuum sealing efficiency and is more suitable for big bags.

The floor design with casters also makes the machine easier to move.

It suits for almost all the product, except powder, fluid, fragile product etc.

1. Gas nozzle. The nozzle’s length is designed to be change freely. This nozzle can not only pull air out of the bag and achieve vacuum packaging, but also can fill the bag with nitrogen or other inert gas.

2. Digital Controller. Microcomputer program control system, waterproof panel and LCD display. Parameter setting is simple and process control is accurate. 8 kinds of packing modes can be preset.

3. Clean Switch. Just press the switch, the nozzles will be cleaned easily.

4. Reclinable Machine Head. Just press the Rise or Drop buttons on the right of the machine, the machine head can be automatic adjusted and max. adjustable angle is  45°. And when the machine head is tilted, it’s more suitable for packaging liquids and liquid-containing products.

5. Sealing Bar. The two sealing strips are made of high quality silicon rubber and ensure long and continuous use of the machine.

6. AirTAC Dust Filter. It can avoid the moisture/dust/dirt come into vacuum pump and improve the service life of vacuum pump

7. Back-plate. Back-plate of the electric box is easy to dissemble, makes the machine easy to maintain.
