Each holding tank in the King ranges is the high quality machine for the chocolate mass storage.
The chocolate mass is stored in the tank, warmed by the jacket water heating system and stirred by the stirrers in the middle. The fully controllable thermostat of the jacket water ensures the chocolate is warmed to the correct temperature. The stirrers are driven by the bridge mounted gearmotor. By the side of the gearmotor the two hinged lids are designed from the different sides.
It can also be used for other fat base products like compound, couverture, praline, truffle, cream fillings...
